8:00 - Meet at Airport Park for Timberline Beautification Project (Hwy 56 across from Airport)

12:00 -Workers Meet back at Airport Park for Lunch

12:30 - Transporting back to Band Room

 1:45 - Band be in band room in concert set with uniform for inspection (competition pants, don’t forget gloves)

2:00 - Leaving for Glencliff

3:15 - Arriving at Glencliff

4:15 - Warm Up

4:45 - DCHS Band takes the field in Competition!

7:45 - Awards Ceremony  

Arriving home at approximately 10:30

 Bring Money for snacks and dinner at the concession stand.

 Remember if you plan on leaving early Mr. Baxter or Mr. Gilbert need to know in advance and must see you leave with that parent.
